B-Bop`s in Ames

Great fast food. If I'm in the area, I will always choose B-Bop's over any other fast food restaurant

Waited a little bit in drive thru but they did kinda get several cars all at once so I'll give it to them.. food was good price not bad...

Every time we are in Iowa, B-Bops is a must stop. Awesome Burgers!

My shake was good. My burger and fries were okay. I genuinely don't know if I could tell the difference between the burger and fries here and Burger King's. If you want some BK, but don't want to go to BK, this is the spot.

Beautiful masterpiece of an establishment. The price is fantastic. The burgers are amazing. The chicken nuggets aren’t great, but they’re cheap. The shakes are so good. The fries are some of the best I’ve ever had. Please eat here. It will satisfy you 100/10 times.

I’ve been a fan of B-Bops since they opened in Ames. I wish they would lay off on the mayo, mustard and ketchup a bit though. I want to taste the burger!

A bit busy and traffic is an issue but the food is good.

I was excited to try a new burger place. I heard others say its better than McDonalds, and it is. I wouldn’t say its great though. It was above average however. They did have fast service!

Great food but a little pricey

Foods always good. The gentleman at the window/taking my order could have been a little nicer. There was no manners on his part.

Better than DM locations which seem to have dropped in quality. Had perfectly cooked burger with the nice crispy edges. This is old school BK.

Love Love Love Chicken Sandwiches (fried) and fries they’re like NO other!! Only wish they had Coke instead of Pepsi, I know that’s my personal preference!! This would be a great place to eat on a lake or by a boardwalk ocean!❤️👍🏻

I always come here for the great food! Awesome shakes, fries and food! However, they always have the most rude and horrible services. Rush you through the drive through, interrupted me several times and was got very short with me when I told her I was not finished ordering (third time she tried to end my order before I was ready). Still got the order wrong. Ridiculous

Just a great classic burger, usual always hot fries with my order! They have plenty of choices, but my go to is a single with cheese, with everything on it. Usually have to get in line, but it goes pretty quick.

Quick, delicious food. Looking for fast food for kids that's not McDonalds...🙄AGAIN? This is it! Get the cheese sauce for your fries...yummy. Great chocolate shake as well. Outdoor seating is nice in the summer, with 50's, 60's music.

They need new heat lamps or somthing the burgers get cold fast

This location provided the food we ordered quickly. Our order was correct and served hot, which does not always happen at fast food places.

B-Bops more than any other place gets my order wrong. I do no eat ketchup or mustard and they almost always still put it on when I ask for it without. The burgers are good otherwise. The fries are ok.

Great tasting food and management in store are great the people at the window are not the brightest. But they do their best the burgers however has more grease then their grease traps. Still probably the best burger in ames

The shakes and burgers are so tasty. This place is a family favorite.

We got through a long line quickly and received the correct food which was hot and fresh. Employees were friendly as well.

Fast service, fries greasy and cold, hamburger patties looked like they we're boiled in water not sure if there is much beef in them. This was the second time I've been here. I always like to give a place a second chance. This is the last time I will eat here.

Been 3 times. Great burgers, easy access, but no indoor seating. If you are driving through or the day is perfect to sit outside it is worth every penny.

Overpriced but good burger and shake. The fries were absolutely awful but it was close to closing time so i mightve just gotten an old batch. Might be better if you go at a better time

I loved loved loved this little drive through place. You gotta try the sloppy Joe! Order two. Best fries hands down. Fast, friendly service. I wish I had found this place sooner because we travel and are near the end of our stay in Ames. It's one place worthy of a second visit. Usually we only visit each eatery once.

Burgers were pretty good. Had very good fries. Cheap and fast. Only B-bobs I've ever been to but it was a good experience. Definitely artery clogging though so I wouldnt recommend eating every day.

Would have given 5 stars but the person who took our order missed a few things. I think if the ones working the drive through or the front counter would listen to everything customers say instead of interrupting them, fewer orders would be messed up!

My burger, fries and chilli was good. My chocolate shake was too melty. I don't know if the machine wasn't working right or what.

Good food but pricey

Solid hamburgers, great fries. Drive through windows on the driver's or passenger side, and a walk-up with outdoor seating. Good chili too, with options for extra cheese and diced onions on top.
